- Work within established financial systems and project objectives to prepare cost schedules and track budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets; Management of any project cost risks or issues to ensure the project is not adversely impacted; Support analysis and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making; Relevant business experience including cost management of projects or aspects of projects ranging from £40m to £80m+; Industry relevant degree or qualification; MRICS; Knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts; Understanding of the NEC suite of contracts preferable; Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues and build and maintain relationships; A logical approach to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects;
