OverviewAre you ready to take the next step in your employee benefits career? We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Consultant to join our Corporate Pensions & Benefits team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a non-regulated, B2B environment, supporting a portfolio of corporate clients and contributing to the delivery of high-quality consultancy services. You’ll work closely with Consultants and senior colleagues to provide technical support, manage client relationships, and help deliver tailored solutions across pensions, group risk, and healthcare benefits. You’ll also take ownership of a small portfolio of clients, developing your consulting skills and commercial acumen in a collaborative and supportive team.
