NEC Contract experience and iChemE Desirable Possess the skills to actively support our internal team and manage staff on projects typically ranging between £40m and £150m. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and third parties. Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring colleagues Capable of taking a project through from inception to completion. Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject. Appropriate professional body membership e.g MRICS, CinstCES (or equivalent)
