We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I to join our Options and Events EMEA team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Demonstrates exceptional understanding and knowledge of fundamental business & Process concepts. Knowledge in Corporate Trust/ Paying Agency business is preferable Verify/QC/Approve/Reconcile transactions track and share feedback with the team. Review and verify weekly errors and comebacks received from onshore. Liaise with internal/external departments through emails and phone calls. Share feedbacks (on errors - internal and external, comebacks, MIS tracking) with the team (along with Team Leader). Continuously provides innovative ideas towards process improvement. Sharing updates and maintaining the update log. Maintain the SOP's - 6 monthly review and sign offs. Consistently achieves the deliverables without compromising on quality of work. Understands key risk indicators or audit issues and acts upon them, as appropriate thereby managing Risk Competency Timely and accurate updating and governance of MIS / Dashboard / Document Retention Creating weekly reports/Dashboard for the process. Complete administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames Professional and timely handling of inquiries. Participate/Co ordinate in BR testing and related activities and report results (local/regional and CMS updation) Imparting process training to the new joinee (process training, ramp up, accreditation and Go Live). Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment. Participate in Audits / ISO / Control / Review To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
