The Role:The role is to support to Client Directors and Distribution in servicing institutional clients across a range of strategies and geographies. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. Key Responsibilities for this role: Manage, and deal effectively with the flow of incoming client and consultant queries and requests for information.Help to prepare/review client reports and responses to ad-hoc requests from clients and consultants.Assist with client on-boarding (mandates)Assist in implementation of any regulatory/industry change initiatives impacting our clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.Review RFPs/other documentation to ensure accuracy and suitability for our clientsTo work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.
