The Senior Building Surveyor Role The successful Senior Building Surveyor will deliver a range of professional and project-related services for commercial properties, including design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you'll play a key role in supporting junior surveyors, contributing to their development, and eventually stepping into a direct management position within the team. Key responsibilities include: Providing a full range of Building Surveying services for commercial property projects.Offering expertise in defect diagnosis, CDM Regulations 2015, and Building Regulation legislation.Managing Party Wall matters and delivering detailed, high-quality reports.Collaborating with the team to drive growth and success.Mentoring junior staff and preparing for future leadership responsibilities.
