Utilise your curriculum expertise to develop and manage exciting initiatives at USYD 1 x HE07 Full time fixed term contract until 7th September 2026 Base Salary HE07 $112,628 + 17% Superannuation About the opportunity Do you want to play a key role in shaping curriculum and education initiatives at the University of Sydney? We are looking for an Associate Advisor (Curriculum) to support the University’s DVC Education portfolio in the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of curriculum management activities. Working closely with faculties, schools, Academic Board committees and senior University executives, this role will provide high-level project and policy support to ensure effective curriculum governance and the successful delivery of education initiatives. You’ll join a collegial, supportive and inclusive team where collaboration and shared purpose are valued. This is an opportunity to contribute to important work directly linked to enhancing curriculum quality and improving the student experience across the University. Your key responsibilities will be to: coordinate curriculum management processes, proposals and initiatives across the University support the development of evidence-based education projects and integration of curriculum requirements into core business conduct policy research, analysis and reporting to inform senior executive and committee decision-making prepare briefs, submissions, and reports for governance committees and advisory groups build effective working relationships with faculties, schools and operational units to enable delivery of curriculum and quality initiatives undertake ad-hoc projects aligned with curriculum management and education priorities About you tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or equivalent project management or research experience demonstrated experience managing complex processes within large or multifaceted organisations experience working in the higher education or tertiary sector is desirable proven project management experience, including delivering initiatives to deadlines and governance requirements strong skills in policy analysis, research and report writing excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
