About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a growing team, mentoring junior lawyers, and shaping the department’s future direction. You will act as a professional deputy and/or trustee, manage your own client relationships, and take key decisions in complex cases. This role includes attending annual review meetings, investment meetings, and property adaptation visits across England and Wales. You will also act as a director of the trust corporation and contribute to strategic projects that drive operational efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the management of high-value Court of Protection cases, both during litigation and post-settlement.Act as decision-maker in complex best interests decisions involving property, financial affairs, and health & welfare.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.Oversee Statutory Will applications and deputyship matters, including budget planning.Drive business development, building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.Take a leading role in marketing and promoting the team, including attending practice development events.Contribute to internal process improvements and team-wide projects.<
