Assistant Site Manager - Social Housing Retrofit Works Based in Welwyn & Hatfield Full time, temporary (16 weeks with possibility to extend) £150 - £200 per day We are working with a leading Social Housing Refurbishment contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Welwyn & Hatfield covering retrofit works within social housing properties. As the Assistant Site Manager you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.Assistant Site Manager Experience & Qualifications SSSTS or SMSTSWorking towards an NVQ Level 3 or 4Social Housing experience CSCS CardCurrent DBS / Willingness to undertake DBS CheckFirst Aid Knowledge of varied tradesAn excellent understanding of Health and SafetyAsbestos AwarenessFull Clean Driving License You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the company's success.
