Assistant Relationship Manager - Private Banking Excellent opportunity opens for a motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to join a Private Bank & Wealth Manager. You will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers in delivering a high touch banking experience to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). Main Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients in the absence of the Relationship Manager, ensuring requests and queries are handled promptly and professionally.Prepare documentation and briefing packs for client meetings and follow up on post-meeting actions.Support Relationship Managers with managing client portfolios, orders, trades, payments, and other transactional needs.Monitor maturity lists (deposits, loans, trades), take standard actions autonomously, and escalate when client input is required.Handle account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures in line with compliance standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Treasury, Trading, Operations, Investment Services, Compliance, and Front Risk Management to ensure smooth execution of client needs.Monitor and manage system alerts and operational tasks directly, escalating investment-related matters where required.Liaise with Relationship Managers to plan and coordinate business travel, document preparation, and other logistical needs.Support the onboarding process through timely and accurate collection of KYC and AML documentation.Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and external audit standards.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
