Hill HR provide help and support to businesses across Worcestershire & West Midlands in all aspects of their people management. Hill HR offer business owners guidance and assistance with employment issues from recruitment to exit; giving them peace of mind to sleep at night and allowing them the time to run their business. We work with businesses who do not need or can justify employing an in-house HR professional, but also provide additional support to businesses who do employ in-house HR but sometimes just need an additional pair of hands or an independent pair of eyes. Hill HR ensure businesses have the correct policies and procedures in place to manage and develop their employees and provide assistance and support when difficult employee issues need resolving.
