The role sits within the Product Development team, supporting a globally recognised entertainment franchise. This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium consumer products and licensed publishing, ensuring everything meets brand standards and resonates with fans worldwide. You’ll work closely with internal teams and global partners to drive product innovation, creative problem-solving, and brand stewardship across multiple categories. Duties and responsibilities will include: Support the Product Development Manager across content, product, experiences, and initiatives.Manage a portfolio of product development projects across multiple categories, including consumer products, licensed publishing, and digital experiences.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products align with brand values, quality standards, and IP guidelines.Attend creative development meetings and provide detailed copy and content checks to maintain brand consistency.Support the product approval process from concept to production.Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for the franchise.Act as a creative and strategic “glue” between licensees, internal teams, and global partners, providing guidance and elevating product concepts.Maintain product sample archives and general administrative processes for the Product Development team.
