Mentoring and managing the sales team to ensure the business meets its objectives. Manage and take responsibility for the office in the absence of the Operations Manager.Activities / Main Duties:Proactively build and develop long term business relationships with new and existing clients alongside the Operations Manager, BDMs and the wider team.Support and oversee staff and assist the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to improve performance and service levels.Motivate and monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved.Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.Achieve excellent customer service.Attend client meetings and presentations as required.Constantly look for new business opportunities and act on these to proactively drive the business forward.Perform all duties of the Operations Manager in case of absence, holiday, emergency, or as and when required.Consist
