With significant marketing spend we're now seeking an ambitious and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our West London head office.The Role: Assistant Marketing ManagerReporting to the Marketing Director, you'll support the delivery of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance across both online and offline channels.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within a collaborative, high-performing marketing team - ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a visible impact within a premium lifestyle brand.Key Responsibilities: Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing integrated brand and performance marketing campaigns. Line manage and mentor the Marketing Executive team. Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, paid social, and display, working closely with external agencies. Assist with the development of TV, video, and creative campaigns that support business goals. Oversee website content and asset management, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and visually engaging. Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, providing actionable insights.<br
