Role: Assistant Manager - (Inverclyde & Renfrewshire area) Location:Unit 5B Gallagher Retail Park, Port Glasgow, Port Glasgow PA14 5DX Hours per Week:39 hours Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.Salary: Up to £35,000per annumThe Role As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to: Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
