This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial administration. Benefits: 30 days holiday (plus your birthday off), increasing with serviceCompany pension & life insuranceEmployee discount schemeCompany PensionRegular company events Day-to-day of the role: Support the preparation of management accounts in line with established procedures and timelines.Manage and analyse prepayments and accruals, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.Oversee daily bank reconciliations and handle petty cash transactions, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.Administer the full payroll process, including HMRC submissions and associated administrative duties.Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all entries are current and compliant.Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Provide assistance to the Finance Manager.
