Assistant Management Accountant - £40,000 + Study SupportFMCG Business | Surrey (Hybrid) A growing FMCG business is seeking a motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join its finance team. The RoleWorking closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, you will support management accounting and financial reporting across the business. Key responsibilities include: Preparing management accounts and reporting packs Assisting with month-end processes, including journals and accruals Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Reconciling balance sheet accounts and monitoring financial controls Working on ad-hoc projects to support business growth and decision-making About You 1-3 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in management accounting Strong Excel skills and commercial awareness Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines Confident communicator, able to work with different teams and stakeholders ACA/ACCA/CIMA study support provided; part-qualified candidates encouraged to apply Package & Progression Salary: £40,000 Hybrid working model Professional study support for ACA/ACCA/CIMA Opportunity to progress within a growing finance function
