We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology innovation and we invite you along on this journey. Job DescriptionYour responsibilities day to day will be… Provide vital support in the preparation of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate mannerCash Flow ForecastingBalance Sheet Accounting, including producing comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany balance reconciliations.Assist with monthly payroll activitiesInvolvement in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomouslyDevelop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the businessContinuous improvement of systems and processQualificationsExperience / qualifications required:Excel skills – including experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and V-Look UpStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation.Strong academic background particularly mathematicsAbility to achieve deadlinesDesire to learn and progress a Finance careerAttention to detailExperience of Sage or similar accounting system would be desirableExperience of management accounting would be desirableStrong technical accounting skills would be desirableAbility to adapt to a fast-growing business environmentAdditional InformationWhat can you expect from Radius?
