Over the years they have harnessed systems, technology and their deep knowledge of the UK investment market to provide a more efficient and simpler way for advisers to manage clients’ financial portfolios.The position sits in the Client Accounting Department which has overarching responsibility is to safeguard client money and assets held by for clients by ensuring the money and assets are recorded and reconciled accurately to enable the firm at any time to distinguish client money and assets held for one client from client money and assets held for any other client. To ensure timely and accurate processing of client asset income (dividends, distributions, Fund Manager rebates, excess income released by offshore reporting funds) The Asset Servicing team is responsible for the interpretation, logging and subsequent monitoring of all corporate action events relating to assets held on the platform, including the accurate processing of client income events such as dividends, rebates and cash interest. The team is also responsible for ensuring all assets on the platform are accurately valued and for the investigation into any price discrepancies.All activities must be completed to the internal regulatory deadlinesEssential: Knowledge requirements: Understanding of Financial Services. Knowledge of CASS rules. Understanding of corporate actions.Intermediate MS Excel. Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders.Desirable: Degree educated, or equivalent. Full IOC (Asset Servicing/Global Securities/Collective Investment Scheme Administration module)Previous platform and/or asset management experience. Compliance background and ,or regulatory experience with respect to CASS, PRIIPs, MiFID II and Consumer Duty<
