Assembly Operative

Location: South Birmingham

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our busy team in South Birmingham.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling blinds, using power tools, and preparing products for dispatch. You'll play a vital part in making sure our high-quality products are ready to ship to customers across the country.

• Assembling blinds to specification
• Cutting materials accurately and safely
• Using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading blinds ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a hands-on or manufacturing role is preferred
• Comfortable using power tools and handling materials
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• A team player with a positive attitude

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour
• Full-time, stable work Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
• Training and support provided
• Friendly team environment
