Randstad is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor for a highly stable, ongoing contract with one of the UK's leading property management organisations. This role offers excellent continuity and consistent workflow.

The Opportunity:

• Day Rate: £240

• Contract Status: Ongoing / Long-Term (Excellent stability in the current market)

• Patch Coverage: Northampton, Cambridge, and Luton

• Workload: Consistent volume of 6 Housing Surveys per day.

• Software: Proficiency with TEAM's software is essential.
