Contract Asbestos Surveyor (P402) - High-Value Commercial Sites 🏆

Location: Bristol / Cardiff / South Wales

Pay: £250 per day (Negotiable) + ALL Expenses & Mileage

Contract: 6 Months

The Opportunity:

Randstad is exclusively partnering with a leading national compliance firm to find an experienced Asbestos Surveyor. This is a well-paid, long-term contract working on a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings.

The Role:

• Conduct Management and Refurbishment Surveys across diverse commercial properties.

• Report findings digitally using TEAM's software.

• Work across the Bristol, Cardiff, and South Wales region.

Requirements:

• Essential: BOHS P402 Certification.

• Proven experience surveying commercial/public sector buildings.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
