Job Description: Job Title Architecture Implementation Enablement Lead Location London Corporate Title Assistant Vice President Join our Group Architecture team as a strategic partner driving the implementation of enterprise-wide architecture standards. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate architectural vision into actionable outcomes across the Bank. As a Group Architecture team, we are a proactive partner to technology and business teams. We identify and address changing business requirements, as well as opportunities arising from emerging technologies and industry trends. Our role involves driving the integration of technology, systems, processes, and data in a manner that is both risk-weighted and cost-optimized. We establish and maintain architectures, principles, standards, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization. Through structured control and assurance systems, we implement and ensure architecture alignment. Additionally, we support teams across the bank in understanding and adhering to these architecture standards and best practices. You will play a crucial role in establishing an effective operating model for the federated architecture teams and translating architectural designs into concise directives for the organization. Represent Group Architecture in forums and meetings as a delegate for the Head of Architecture Implementation Communication & Enablement - Develop compelling presentations and visual aids to communicate architectural principles, support the preparation and backlog management for GTAC sessions Strategic Execution - Drive adoption of architecture standards across federated teams.
