Continued growth has recently led to expansion into the North Cotswolds region.Your New RoleAs an Architectural Technologist, you will work across a broad range of projects from concept through to completion (RIBA Stages 2-7). Your responsibilities will include: Working collaboratively within the design team or independently across multiple live projectsPreparing planning documentsProducing detailed technical drawings and specificationsLiaising with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholdersConducting site inspections, including those requiring physical access such as scaffoldingAttending meetings both on-site and in the office What You'll Need to SucceedEssential Qualifications & Experience: BSc in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND in Architecture / Building ConstructionMinimum 3+ years' experience in practice post-graduationWorking towards ACIAT or MCIATExperience across both Residential and Commercial sectorsStrong technical knowledge of construction methods and materialsGood understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standardsUnderstanding of the UK planning systemProven site inspection experience Software Competency: AutoCADSketchUpAdobe PhotoshopMS Office Suite Key Skills: Organ
