My client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery. You’ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination.Key Responsibilities:Lead projects independently from concept to completionDevelop design and technical packages using AutoCADLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractorsPrepare planning and building regulations submissionsSkills & Experience:Proven experience in a similar roleStrong AutoCAD skills essentialProficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionThis is an exciting opportunity to gain autonomy, responsibility, and long-term progression within a supportive team environment.
