We have a 2-3 min approx video we want to subtitle in Arabic that is currently voiced in English, so require someone to transcribe it in to GCC Arabic appropriate for a Gulf audience, and then subtitle the video and send back as a hi-res MP4. We require this to be completed within 24 hours.
