Project Overview We are developing Fishing Heaven Resort in Málaga, Spain — a pioneering eco-tourism and sportfishing destination. Phase 1 includes a 100 × 60 m exotic dome lake with arapaima, catfish, and other trophy species, supported by a hybrid RAS (recirculating aquaculture system). Later phases include a native species lake and a coldwater dome lake. To secure permits and grants, we need scientific documentation and technical reports on fish species, biomass, and welfare. What We Need We are seeking an Aquaculture Consultant / Fishery Biologist to: • Review our proposed fish stocking plan (exotic, native, and coldwater species). • Prepare species justification sheets (scientific names, origin, role in ecosystem, justification for sportfishing use). • Provide stocking density and biomass calculations relative to system design (kg/m³, feed input, oxygen demand). • Produce a compatibility report (predator–prey balance, behavior risks). • Draft handling and welfare guidelines (catch & release, barbless hooks, oxygen safety). • Deliver a technical memo/report suitable for submission to authorities
