Job Title: Apprenticeship OfficerLocation: RotherhamHours: 37 per weekContract: Fixed term until December 2026Salary: £26,278 per annumWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Further Education/HELevel 3 Administration qualificationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of apprenticeship processes and complianceKey Responsibilities:Maintain a log of all End-Point Assessment (EPA) organisations used by the collegeRecord valid EPA organisations against apprentices on Pro-SolutionEnsure apprentices meet all requirements at the Gateway stage before EPALiaise with the Apprenticeship Delivery team to arrange and book EPAMonitor EPA bookings and receipt of apprenticeship certificatesAct as the central point of contact for EPA administrationReport risks and issues, including suspected malpracticeSupport continuous improvement of EPA processes and systems
