We’re looking for up to two enthusiastic and creative Chef De Partie apprentices to join our kitchen team. This is your chance to learn new skills, gain a recognised qualification, and get paid while you train — all in a fun, family-focused environment!

Hours: 4 days per week (including weekends on a rota)

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Chef/Cook to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, preparing simple but delicious dishes, and leading a small team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen as well as supporting the General Manager with day-to-day centre operations. While confidence in the kitchen is essential, full training will be provided on our menu, safety procedures, and supervisory duties.

What you'll be learning:
- Prepare and serve high-quality food to order, ensuring excellent presentation and consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and minimise food waste
- Help manage daily operations including customer service, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed
- Assist with opening or closing procedures as required
