We are on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Central Administration Team as an Apprentice Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective support service to enable fee earners and support staff to utilise their time and activities in the most effective way. Alongside your role you will also study towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • As an Apprentice Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for dealing with the daily post, scanning, allocating and photocopying.
  • Sending, distributing, and logging incoming faxes
  • Distributing stationery
  • Bank runs
  • Delivering court documents

About You

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 5 GCSE’s Grade 4 and above (or equivalent)
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives
  • Ability to identify where problems may arise and adopt a solution -focused approach
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
  • IT literate

Working Hours

This role is Full Time based on 37.5 Hours per week. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
