We’re Creswick Group, a London-based cleaning and facilities brand providing premium services to private healthcare clinics, dentists, offices, and luxury homes. We’re looking for a confident, fluent-English Appointment Setter VA to call warm leads who’ve already received our email about a free Cleaning & Hygiene Audit (commercial) or Luxury Deep Clean Offer (residential) and book appointments. Responsibilities: Call warm leads using our CRM (Jobber / Google Sheets / Hubspot). Confirm if they received our email and book site visits or cleaning appointments. Follow up politely via phone, SMS, or email when needed. Record notes, feedback, and outcomes inside the CRM. Report daily results (calls made, contacts reached, appointments booked). Requirements: Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, polite). Previous experience in B2B appointment setting or telesales. Able to work UK hours (9 AM – 5 PM London time). Familiar with Aircall, Skype, or similar dialers. Reliable internet and quiet environment for calls.
