Appointment Setter – Creator Management & Client Acquisition We are expanding our creator management operation and are seeking reliable, results-driven appointment setters to support our client acquisition efforts. Role Overview This role focuses on outbound outreach, initiating professional conversations, qualifying potential creator clients, and booking discovery calls. It is a performance-based position suited to confident communicators who are comfortable working with structured outreach systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound messaging using approved scripts Start and manage conversations with potential creator clients Qualify prospects based on set criteria Book calls for the management team Maintain consistent follow-ups and pipeline hygiene Requirements Previous experience in appointment setting, sales outreach, or creator economy roles preferred Strong written communication skills Comfortable with outbound messaging and follow-ups Ability to follow SOPs and processes consistently Self-motivated, organised, and dependable Training & Support Clear SOPs and onboarding provided Proven outreach frameworks and messaging templates Ongoing guidance to optimise booking performance Compensation £30 per qualified booked call 3%–5% commission on net revenue generated Performance-based earnings with uncapped potential Ideal Candidate This role is well suited to someone familiar with online creators or digital subscription businesses, who can build rapport quickly and is motivated by performance-based income.
