I’m looking for a reliable Appointment Setter to help manage my DM conversations on Instagram and book qualified calls. This is a part-time role (2 hours/day) with room to grow. This role is for my fitness coaching business. You’ll be managing conversations inside my fitness Instagram account (@theliamtopham) Ideal Candidate Based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, etc.) What You’ll Do Reply to leads inside Instagram DMs Start new conversations using templates Follow up with warm leads Book qualified calls into my calendar Track your activity inside a simple daily sheet Communicate via WhatsApp during your shift Requirements Strong English (written) Fast response time Solid attention to detail Experience with DM setting or remote support (is nice to have, but not essential) Consistent availability during US peak hours (EST/PST overlap) Able to follow scripts and frameworks Hungry to learn and improve Hours & Pay 2 hours per day 6 days per week $5/hour base performance bonus for each booked call that closes Ideal Candidate Based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, etc.) Already familiar with IG DM workflows Has worked for online coaches, agencies, or consultants Wants a long-term partnership Proactive, communicative, reliable How to Apply Send: A short intro Your experience with DM/appointment setting Your availability and timezone Why you think you'd be a good fit
