I am looking to hire an experienced LinkedIn specialist and Direct Message setter, it would be a bonus if they can help with posting on LinkedIn. Currently, we use Sales Navigator to find and research potential leads, and we have around 80 new connections a week using a software called Ulinc. The role: Research & connect with decision-makers, diagnose whether they are a fit, and convert them into 20-minute demos. What we do: We take business owners' old leads (DIRT) and turn them into sales (GOLD) using AI and SMS. We take up to half of that GOLD on a performance basis, and then offer them further help. The hours and pay: we would start with 10 hours a week and can grow with the business (if they wish to), and includes a base pay, plus recurring commissions for all demos that close into clients. The work ethic: Diligent, able to follow a simple process, good communication skills, and high integrity. I will provide the right person with the resources to be successful.
