APPOINTMENT SETTER (INBOUND + OUTBOUND HYBRID) Hiring for Harmonix Digital (AI Systems + Automation Agency) Contract | Remote | Long-Term | Performance-Based About Us Harmonix Digital is an AI-driven systems and automation agency that installs high-performance operational infrastructure for service-based businesses. We build automated workflows, AI agents, CRM systems, content systems, and complete digital operations. We are currently expanding our sales department and are hiring experienced Appointment Setters who can handle inbound leads, outbound outreach, and pipeline management. This is a results-driven role with clear KPIs, consistent work, and long-term growth. Position Overview We are looking for a highly disciplined Appointment Setter who can: Respond fast to inbound leads Run daily outbound outreach Qualify prospects using scripts Book appointments into our sales calendar Maintain a clean CRM pipeline Support closers with accurate notes and context You must be reliable, organized, and consistent. Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Handling Respond to inquiries from our website, WhatsApp, email, and social media Qualify prospects using structured criteria Book calls within minutes Send reminders and confirmations Document all activity in the CRM Outbound Outreach Run daily DM outreach on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Use Instantly, GoHighLevel, and email warm-up tools Start conversations using provided scripts Personalize first lines for better response rates Move prospects toward booking Qualification Identify fit, urgency, authority, and buying timeline Disqualify politely when needed Ensure only qualified prospects reach the closer CRM & Pipeline Management Update lead statuses Tag correctly Add notes after every conversation Maintain a structured pipeline Handle no-shows and rebooking Daily Reporting Submit daily reports with: Number of conversations Appointments booked Show rate Outbound volume Wins and challenges Required Skills and Experience Experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or lead generation specialist Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to follow scripts and frameworks Fast response time and consistent availability Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred) Experience with Instantly, Apollo, or similar outreach tools High attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred (Not Required) Experience in digital marketing, automation, or AI Experience booking calls for high-ticket offers Experience in hybrid inbound/outbound roles Familiarity with pipeline management Tools You Will Use We will train you on all required tools, but it helps if you have experience with: GoHighLevel Instantly Apollo Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn DM WhatsApp Business Gmail Slack Basic workflows and tagging KPIs for Success 2–6 calls booked per day 70%+ show rate 30%+ lead → call conversion 100–200 outbound touches/day 0–2 minute response time for inbound Clean CRM activity and daily reporting If you cannot hit KPIs reliably, this role will not be a fit.
