What You’ll Be Doing Supporting production environments for key ETRM systems, ensuring availability and performance meet business expectationsInvestigating and resolving technical and functional issues across managed applicationsManaging incidents from start to resolution, with proactive communication to stakeholdersCoordinating with internal and external 3rd line support teams when escalation is neededOverseeing release and change management processes with full documentation and rollback plansDeveloping robust support infrastructure and refining operational proceduresManaging end-of-day processes and supporting disaster recovery failovers when requiredMaintaining clear, evolving documentation for issue resolution and system handoversEntering approved master data into systems as needed What We’re Looking For Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (preferred)Solid understanding of ETRM systems — ideally Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony, and/or Planlogic EoSFamiliarity with core trading processes and the demands of a production trading environmentA collaborative mindset with a track
