Rossi Shipping is seeking an experienced developer (or team) to design and implement a comprehensive workflow automation and client management system, integrating Monday.com with a custom app/interface. The solution will automate complex logistics, document handling, client onboarding, and compliance processes for high-value horse and vehicle shipping across Europe. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Automation: Build end-to-end workflows for both ATA Carnet and European shipping jobs, capturing all required data, automating reminders, and document generation. Integrate with Monday.com boards and automate status changes, reminders, and data population across modules. Pricing & Quoting Engine: Develop a dynamic pricing calculator with VAT, variable premiums, and optional courier fees. Automate quote and invoice generation (PDF/email), with editable line items and profit margin calculations. Client Portal & App Features: Allow clients to upload documents (horse passports, licenses, certificates), with automatic data extraction and validation. Enable clients to track shipments, receive reminders, and access guides/maps/videos. Automate communication (email, push notifications) for key events, deadlines, and compliance reminders. Document & Compliance Automation: Automate creation, population, and tracking of all required forms (CPH, GMR, Export Health Certificates, SIVEP, IPAFFS, etc.). Implement expiry tracking, automated reminders, and easy re-sign/re-upload for recurring documents. Data Management & Security: Centralize client profiles and job data—minimize duplicate entry. Ensure all development follows best-practice security standards (no plain-text passwords, encrypted data, secure credential handling, etc.). Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and charts (in Monday.com and/or app) to track job statuses, revenue, profit per job, and key operational metrics. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Monday.com API and workflow automation. Strong background in building custom web apps (ideally with client portals, document automation, and integrations). Experience with PDF generation, data extraction from images, and email automation. Understanding of logistics, compliance, or regulated industries a plus. Strong focus on secure coding practices and data privacy. Ability to deliver clean, professional, user-friendly UI/UX. Bonus: Experience with shipping/logistics, equestrian industry, or similar complex workflows. Deliverables: Fully functional workflow automation integrated with Monday.com and a custom client-facing portal/app. All modules as outlined in the attached requirements.
