The goal is to generate leads and interest and secure a tenant within 7–10 days. This is a high-level and rewarding short-term role, ideal for someone with experience in property marketing, lead generation, or rental management. Opportunities for future projects may follow based on performance. Responsibilities: Generate leads and interest for the apartment immediately. Promote the property across multiple platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, SpareRoom, OpenRent, etc.). Collaborate to secure viewings and communicate with potential tenants. Close the rental deal within 7–10 days. Requirements: Proven experience in property marketing, lead generation, or similar. Knowledge of Manchester rental market is a plus. Excellent communication skills and responsiveness. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
