Neighbourhood Response Officer / ASB Officer Temporary until 30/04/2026 but likely to be extendedLocation: OxfordshireJob Type: Full-time, 36 hours per weekPay: £18.43 per hour PAYE / £22.35 Umbrella Rate We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our East Midlands Team. This front-facing role specialises in tenancy and estate management, requiring daily visits to neighbourhoods and homes. The role covers a wide area, necessitating extensive travel, so a vehicle is essential. Day-to-day of the role: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve services, finding positive solutions to complex cases.Responsible for customer visits including sign-ups, welfare checks, and investigations of antisocial behaviour (ASB) and breaches of tenancy and estate management.Cover a patch that is 80 miles wide, with occasional need to cover other areas. Required Skills & Qualifications: Confident and resilient individual with a positive mindset.Sound experience in customer service, preferably within a community setting.Ability to develop effective working relationships both within the organisation and with external agencies.Experience of working to plans and targets with the ability to exercise good judgement.Proactive and creative in finding solutions.Sound knowledge and experience of housing management are beneficial.Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, follow policies and procedures, and hit the ground running from day one.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.Must have a vehicle for extensive travel.
