Full-Stack Developer – Ambulance Operations & CAD Web App (MVP) We are building a web-based ambulance operations and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, conceptually similar to Ambunet (UK). This will be an internal operational platform used for dispatch, resource management, and clinical/operational records. (Phase 1 – MVP) Secure user authentication Role-based access (e.g. admin / dispatcher / crew) Ambulance & crew management Job / incident creation and assignment (CAD-style workflow) Job status progression and timestamps Central dashboard view Relational database design Deployed web application Source code handed over (GitHub) This phase focuses on establishing a solid operational foundation that can be expanded to full Ambunet-level functionality over time. Tech Requirements Frontend: React (TypeScript preferred) Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS) or ASP.NET Core Database: PostgreSQL (or similar) REST API architecture Engagement & Budget Hourly contract Strict weekly hour cap (8–10 hrs/week) Small initial budget (few €k) Weekly progress check-ins Future phases likely, subject to funding What we’re looking for Genuine full-stack experience (frontend + backend) Experience building operational systems, dashboards, or dispatch/scheduling tools Comfortable working with evolving products in phased delivery Clear communication and pragmatic decision-making To apply Please include: Relevant experience (especially dispatch / ops systems if applicable) Examples of similar web applications Your hourly rate Confirmation you are comfortable with a capped-hours MVP build
