The successful candidate will be working within the Mid and South Essex area conducting assessments and interventions over a 24 hour period. Work flexibly within the team accompanying colleagues for face to face support to Ambulance Paramedic crews in service users homes Provide and oversee the management and care of patients Produce accurate and timely documentation, conduct and manage the maintenance of accurate and timely documentation / records on all service users in line with your professional Code of Conduct and Trust policy
