We’re looking for an Amazon expert (no beginners) to find 1 product or focused sub-niche for Amazon France that meets strict criteria. Deep research is required (we will double-check all data internally). We want a long-term partnership: ~2–4 products per month. Must-meet selection criteria - Market & competition - Low competition and evenly distributed (avoid niches dominated by 2–3 sellers). - Average reviews on page 1 : less than 500. - Competitor monthly sales per core listing: €8,000–€15,000. - Non-seasonal, non-trend/social-media hype. - No famous/big brands dominating. - Clear, visible differentiation possible (design, functionality, or useful bundle) that we can show on the listing. Product & logistics - Small/light (not bulky), shipped weight less than 1 kg. - No consumables; no skin-contact/topicals; no complex certificates/compliance; no glass/breakables; no textile; no edibles; no short-lived “social” trends. - Easy sourcing (multiple suppliers, reasonable MOQ, customization options). - Target Amazon price (TTC): €39–€80. Unit economics (France) - Net margin target: 20–30%. - ACOS less than 30% at launch (long-term target ~10–20%). - Referral fee 15% (on HT), VAT 20%. - FBA: use the EU calculator with real size/weight (no rough guesses). - COGS + logistics (DDP/inbound) max must respect: COGS+log max = HT × (1 − 0.15 − ACOS − returns − margin target) − FBA where HT = TTC / 1.20 and returns = 1–3%.
