We manage vendor, third party and client directed data and deliver business ready information to support trading, compliance, investment oversight and other functions. We provide streamlined access to reference, pricing, benchmark, ESG, holdings and other key data domains. Why this job is important to usThe Alpha Data Services Operations Team is responsible for running, maintaining, supporting, and trouble-shooting the Data Service. As a Data Support Analyst, you will be an integral player in providing these key services to our clients. You will be expected to manage multiple technical initiatives and must be self-motivated, self-driven and results oriented. The team you will be joining is a part of a global, cross-divisional group supporting State Street AlphaSM. What you will be responsible for Analyze Client data requirements in relation to various Benchmark Data Providers (FTSE, MSCI, SP, Markit Iboxx, ICE BofA Indices, etc.) and Security Reference and Corporate Actions Data Providers (Refinitiv and ICE Data Services)Work on research/mapping and support of new benchmark indices that are added to the Data ServiceValidate solutions/alerts to monitor ra
