What you will be responsible for As the Alpha Data Services, Head of EMEA Implementation Leads we are looking for the following: The position will sit within our Global Delivery (SSGD) division and report to the EMEA Alpha lead responsible for Alpha deliveries in region.The role will work hand and glove with the ADS Product function responsible for the management and commercialisation of the Alpha Data Service proposition and client oversight.Manage and provide leadership and act as the escalation contact to the Implementation Leads, responsible for end of end client implementations in EMEA Region.Manage the resources that are working on a client implementation in a matrixed organization, this will include Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, Developers and other support staffContinuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Implementation Leads area, recommend and imple
