About Us: We are an interior design company looking to streamline and professionalize our workflow. At present, we use Programma, which works well but lacks the level of integrations and flexibility we need as we scale. What We Need: We are seeking a freelancer with strong Airtable expertise to help us build a custom database tailored to our business needs. The database should allow us to: Build and manage design specifications and FF&E schedules Create furniture packages and pricing modules Handle supplier and product data with ease Automate workflows and integrate with other tools (e.g., project management, finance, or CRM platforms) Generate client-facing documents and reports (e.g., specification sheets, proposals, or mood boards) Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience building advanced Airtable databases Strong understanding of automation and integrations (Zapier, Make, or native Airtable automations) Knowledge of workflow design and data management best practices Familiarity with the needs of interior design, architecture, or similar industries (a bonus but not required) Ability to translate business processes into efficient database solutions Deliverables: A functional, scalable Airtable database tailored to our workflow Documentation/training so our team can use and update it with ease Suggestions for ongoing improvements and integrations Project Type: Freelance / Contract Initial project setup with potential for ongoing collaboration as our systems evolve Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable collaborating with a small creative team Able to recommend best practices and not just execute instructions
