Hi, I need some help setting up a few Airtable automations for my small business. I’ve already built most of the base in Airtable, and I’ve tried using Zapier and Make, but the automations keep breaking somewhere along the way. I need someone who can properly set everything up so it’s stable and works consistently. Here are the two main integrations I need: Airtable → Xero When a job status changes (e.g., to “Completed”), an invoice should be automatically created in Xero and saved as a draft ready to send. Right now the automation doesn’t trigger properly or duplicates invoices. Airtable → Google Calendar When a job is created in Airtable, it should automatically appear in a shared Google Calendar for all staff. At the moment it’s only working one-way and is creating duplicate events instead of updating the existing one when a job changes. I need someone who can: Set up reliable, clean automations Prevent duplicates Ensure updates sync correctly both ways Possibly review the Airtable base and suggest improvements if needed If this sounds like something you can help with, please let me know.
