We are seeking an experienced property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury chalet listed on Airbnb and VRBO. The goal is to provide a seamless experience for guests while ensuring the property is well maintained and consistently achieves top reviews. Responsibilities Listing Management: Create and optimize Airbnb/VRBO listings with compelling descriptions, professional photos, and dynamic pricing. Guest Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries, manage bookings, and provide pre-arrival and post-stay support. Operations & Coordination: Schedule cleanings and inspections between stays. Coordinate with local vendors for maintenance, snow removal, and other services. Revenue Management: Adjust nightly rates based on market trends and seasonal demand. Reporting: Provide monthly performance and occupancy reports. Requirements Proven experience managing short-term rental properties (Airbnb/VRBO or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools (e.g., Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs) is a plus. Ability to coordinate local services and ensure property readiness year-round.
