• About the Role
• We are seeking an Air Sweeper Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate specialized equipment to keep roadways, parking lots, and public areas clear of debris. You’ll also support critical maintenance tasks that ensure the safety and functionality of streets, storm drains, and work sites. This is hands-on, skilled work that makes an immediate difference in the communities we serve.

• What You’ll Do
• Operate air sweeper trucks and other heavy equipment to clean streets, gutters, medians, parking lots, and yards.
• Clear debris from right-of-way areas, clean storm drains, and handle special sweeping runs.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform light repairs on equipment to keep everything running safely and efficiently.
• Report hazardous conditions and respond quickly to emergency clean-ups, including spills.
• Take part in snow removal operations during the winter season.
• Work a flexible schedule that adjusts with weather and operational needs.
• What You’ll Bring
• Valid driver’s license with three years of safe driving history
• Experience operating street sweeping equipment preferred
• Dependable work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliability, excellent attendance, and flexibility in scheduling.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Physically able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Compensation for this position is $19.00 -$23.00 hourly, depending on experience.
