This position offers the opportunity to be part of a professional and fast-paced environment, supporting international freight movements and ensuring a high level of customer service and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Air Export Operator Manage daily communication with partners, customers, and internal departments via email and telephone.Liaise with local and overseas operations teams to ensure high service levels and on-time delivery for all shipments.Monitor and manage shipments, consolidations, and airline allocations.Ensure all documentation is finalised in line with commodity and country-specific requirements.Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and quality across all systems.Support the operations team in achieving daily deadlines and KPIs.Take responsibility for accurate costing and timely billing of export shipments.Resolve day-to-day operational issues effectively and professionally. Skills and Experience Required - Air Export Operator Minimum of 2 years' experience in Air Export operations within a freight forwarding environment.Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure, with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.Proficient IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly - knowledge of CargoWise (CW1) is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and professional telephone manner.<li
