We are seeking a meticulous Senior Air Export Coordinator to join our clients dedicated Fine Art Import/Export team. This is a critical role managing the secure and compliant international movement of high-value, sensitive artworks for prestigious clients including major galleries, museums, and private collectors. About The Role You will be the operational backbone of our clients fine art export division, ensuring every shipment is handled with expert care, complete discretion, and total compliance. Key Responsibilities & Skills Required: Apply your deep knowledge of international shipping regulations, import/export procedures, and HMRC compliance to navigate complex customs requirements flawlessly.Confidently manage logistics across all modes predominantly air and road, including the specialised demands of exhibition shipments.Utilise strong organisational skills to manage multiple complex shipments simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment..Employ proactive problem-solving and work effectively across transport, packing, and storage departments to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.Uphold the highest quality standards and adapt with flexibility to changing client needs and shipment requirements. Desirable: Over 3 years experience within an Exports position within Fine Art Extensive knowledge of Air Freight ideally within a Fine Art shipper or Freight ForwarderAn existing understanding of international shipping requirementsAbility to provide an exceptional level of service to high end clientele
